TagStacks — Terms of Use
Effective Date: May 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms
 

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TagStacks mobile application (the "App") and any related website pages operated by TagStacks ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, purchasing, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have parental or guardian consent to use the App where required by law.

 

2. License to Use
 

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the required In-App Purchase (where applicable), we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TagStacks on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
 

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by applicable law

  • Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the App or any part of it

  • Remove or alter proprietary notices, trademarks, or branding

  • Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of third-party rights


All rights not expressly granted are reserved by TagStacks and its licensors.

 

3. Lifetime Access & Payments
 

3.1 Premium Access Required
TagStacks operates on a strict premium model. Full use of the App requires a one-time In-App Purchase labeled as Lifetime Access (or similar wording in the App Store listing).

3.2 Apple as Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple is the merchant of record for In-App Purchases. TagStacks does not process payments directly and does not store your financial information.

3.3 Pricing, Taxes, and Receipts
Prices, applicable taxes, and currency are determined by Apple and displayed at the time of purchase. Your purchase is subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and App Store policies, including refund rules, which may vary by region.

3.4 "Lifetime" Defined
"Lifetime Access" means access to the App's paid features for as long as the App remains available on the App Store and supported on compatible devices, subject to these Terms, Apple's platform requirements, and applicable law. Lifetime Access is tied to your Apple ID and App Store purchase record, not to a separate TagStacks account (none is required).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App where necessary for security, legal compliance, or technical reasons, provided such changes are not made in bad faith to deprive paying users of the core utility they reasonably purchased.

3.5 Refunds
Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with App Store policies. TagStacks cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

 

4. User Content Responsibility
 

TagStacks allows you to create, organize, and copy text tags, hashtags, and related content ("User Content") for your own use, including on social media platforms.
You are solely responsible for:
 

  • The User Content you create, store, or copy using the App

  • Ensuring your use of tags and hashtags complies with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of any platform where you post content

  • Determining whether your tags are accurate, appropriate, non-infringing, and lawful
     

TagStacks does not monitor, endorse, or control User Content stored locally on your device. We do not provide legal, marketing, or compliance advice regarding social media use.
You agree not to use the App to organize or facilitate unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing content.

 

5. Intellectual Property
 

The App, including its design, code, graphics, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by TagStacks or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 2, no rights are granted to you.
"TagStacks" and related logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without prior written permission.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAGSTACKS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF LOSS OF DATA. BECAUSE YOUR CONTENT IS STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR DEVICE AND PROTECTING YOUR DEVICE FROM LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAGSTACKS, ITS OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP THROUGH THE APP STORE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TagStacks and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App if you materially breach these Terms, subject to applicable law and App Store rules.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on our website with an updated Effective Date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App where practicable.
Continued use of TagStacks after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the App.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
